Talent recruitment and acquisition professional with experience developing and executing recruiting plans within a variety of industries. Manages all phases of full life cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. Creatively sources high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media platforms, cold calling, and employee referrals.
Ceage Powell – My Story
Prior to Griffin Resources, Ceage worked as a Lead Corporate Recruiter performing full life cycle recruitment in the software and pest control industries. She brings over 10 years experience of relationship building, placement and onboarding, high volume staffing, multi-brands recruitment, candidate experience and offer negotiation to Griffin Resources.
Outside of work, Ceage can be found spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys crafting, hiking, camping, and anything that involves a body of water. Ceage also supports local charities and loves to attend events in her small town of Grayson, Georgia.

Ceage enjoys traveling and hiking in new places. This was taken on a trip to Monhegan, Maine. Monhegan is a small, rocky island ten miles from the nearest mainland and scarcely a square mile in area and is only accessible by boat.
