Kristen Henderson is a Human Resources Partner that brings over a decade of HR experience and over 25 years of leadership to the table supporting organizations across culinary, healthcare, staffing, sales, field operations and corporate environments. She specializes in employee relations. workplace investigations, compliance, performance management and HR operations. Throughout her career, Kristen has partnered with leaders to navigate complex people challenges, strengthen workplace culture, and build scalable HR processes that support organizational growth. Known for her practical, solutions oriented approach, she helps clients balance employee needs while supporting business objectives.
Kristen Henderson – My Story
Kristen Henderson’s career has always centered around people, leadership and helping organizations operate more efficiently. Before transitioning into Human Resources, she spent more than two decades leading teams in customer facing and operational environments as a chef. Those experiences gave her firsthand understanding of the challenges leaders face every day and ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in HR.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Devry University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Since then, she has built a career supporting organizations across healthcare, staffing, corporate, field operations and sales environments. Along the way, she has gained a SHRM Certification in Workplace Investigations furthering her passion for employee relations, investigations, and complex workplace issues.
What she loves most about HR is building trusting relationships. Whether she’s coaching a leader through a difficult employee situation, guiding an organization through change, or helping create more effective processes, she believes success starts with relationships and practical solutions.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, staying active through holistic wellness and fitness, reading, going to the beach and arts and crafts. These interests help her maintain balance and bring energy, perspective, and positivity to her personal and professional life.
