Lila Jones is an experienced payroll and accounting professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience supporting organizations across a variety of industries. Her expertise includes payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, account reconciliations, financial reporting, ERP systems, and operational support.
Throughout her career, Lila has partnered with leadership teams to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and ensure accurate financial and payroll operations. Lila Jones’ career began with a natural aptitude for numbers, organization, and problem-solving. Over the years, she built a strong foundation in payroll, accounting, and business operations through hands-on experience, taking on increasingly complex responsibilities and helping organizations navigate payroll, compliance, and financial challenges.
Working across multiple industries has given her valuable insight into the unique needs of different businesses and the importance of adaptability, accuracy, and strong relationships. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in payroll administration, tax compliance, financial reporting, and process improvement while supporting teams and leaders in achieving their goals.
Today, she is excited to bring that experience to Griffin Resources, where she can continue helping businesses succeed through dependable support and practical solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, couponing, DIY projects, traveling, and finding creative ways to save money and solve everyday challenges.
