Malena Davila-Sullivan – My Story
I started my career in hospitality, I waited tables in college then advanced to management where I spent the next 10 years. I loved it, I’m a people person so it was a great fit. I then went into the corporate world as an operations manager. That is where I received the opportunity to cross over to Talent Acquisition and HR.
I have TA experience in full cycle recruitment in healthcare, aerospace and defense. It is truly a passion of mine to help others find their next career and build strong relationships. I’ve had the opportunity to train and develop new recruiters as well as implementing new processes to streamline the organization.
When I’m not working, I enjoy the beach, shopping, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
