Naomie developed an early interest in business and organization. After earning her Associate’s Degree in Business, she began her career in administrative roles, which naturally introduced her to payroll and human resources. She quickly realized how much she enjoyed the structure, accuracy, and responsibility that comes with supporting employees and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As she grew in her career, Naomie continued her education by pursuing her bachelor’s degree and completing payroll certification courses to strengthen her expertise.
Over the past seven years, she has had the opportunity to work with major corporations in the healthcare and financial services industries, including large banking institutions.
