Sheryl Aldinger – My Story

Sheryl Aldinger was born and raised in Duxbury, Massachusetts, and later attended St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Currently, Sheryl resides in DeLand, Florida, with her husband, three children and 2 dogs.
With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, Sheryl has specialized in recruiting for various teams and positions, including senior leadership roles. She has a strong background in recruiting for SaaS and large enterprise companies, successfully identifying and retaining top performers. Sheryl has worked across multiple industries, including Public Sector, IT, Enterprise Software, Medical, Entertainment/Media, Energy/Utilities, Security, Banking, and Financial Services2.
Her expertise lies in sourcing top talent for niche roles and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Sheryl is motivated by a desire to help individuals achieve their professional goals and enjoys assisting people in their career growth while helping hiring managers fill positions to ensure organizational success.
