Suzanne Mancini – My Story
Born and raised in Northeast Florida, Suzanne knew she wanted to be a Florida Gator. She attended the University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from the College of Journalism and Communications with a minor in Theater. Her 20+ year healthcare career started by building a Neurology practice from 4 to 9 locations in Jacksonville, Florida before entering into the world of Home Health Care. She began as a sales representative, then was quickly promoted to a sales manger then a regional sales manager. Throughout her journey she started writing training material for she and her sales representatives due to the lack of material available. She realized this lack of training was not just an issue with one company but the majority.
Noticing a vital need for solid sales training and development in healthcare sales, Suzanne began her own business development company, Platinum Consulting Solutions, 10 years ago and has never looked back. Platinum Consulting has successfully helped grow admissions by 35-53% on average. This growth helped an Augusta based home health company sell for $170 in 2015. Whether you’re growing to prosper or growing to sell, Suzanne and her team will help you get there. She has done this by developing a unique, behavioral based selling approach that is designed to turn the average to great and the great to phenomenal. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs at their lake home. Suzanne also spends time with her extended family and friends on the weekends. She and her husband enjoy traveling throughout the US and Caribbean Islands when time allows.
