Ceage Powell – My Story
Prior to Griffin Resources, Ceage worked as a Senior Talent Advisor Lead performing full lifecycle recruitment in the real estate development and pest control industries. She brings over 13 years of experience in relationship building, placement, and onboarding, high-volume staffing, multi-brand recruitment, candidate experience, and offer negotiation to Griffin Resources.
Outside of work, Ceage can be found spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys crafting, hiking, camping, and anything that involves a body of water. Ceage is also supports local charities and loves to attend events in her small town.

Ceage enjoys traveling and hiking in new places. This was taken on a trip to Monhegan, Maine. Monhegan is a small, rocky island ten miles from the nearest mainland and scarcely a square mile in area and is only accessible by boat.
