My career path started at the American Management Association helping Fortune 500 companies identify training needs for their executives. My significant healthcare experience began as an Area Sales Manager over 14 locations for a national home respiratory company growing sales for the territory by 20%. From there I took over a single struggling location for the largest respiratory services company in the country, turning around operations and sales in just a year, making it one of the top 10% of more than 800 centers nation-wide. From there I was promoted to manage operations and sales for 7 locations in eastern New York state. After another series of promotions, I was appointed the company’s first ever Head of Training, responsible for creating transformational learning & performance pathways for all front-line managers and employees. My team’s efforts helped reduce turnover and improve profitability among 1000+ operations and billing locations nationwide.
Most recently I was tapped to build and lead a value-based primary care location, building clinical, sales, and customer service teams from the ground up. In our first full year of operations, we exceeded our growth goals, achieved or exceeded all our clinical KPI and maintained a high degree of employee engagement.
My broad and deep healthcare experience has taught me how to move operational, clinical and sales metrics at all levels; locally, regionally and nationally. I look forward to putting my strong team-building and problem-solving skills to work for any organization that wants to set high standards and achieve excellence.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my husband Tim and our dogs Mortimer and Nebula. I love football, paddleboarding and CrossFit.
