Tara’s career includes significant roles at two Fortune 500 companies, where she most recently served as a Senior Total Rewards Partner within large global matrixed organizations. Her diverse industry experience spans both the manufacturing and aerospace sectors, where she managed complex HR projects and collaborated with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Outside of her professional life, Tara enjoys both watching soccer and Formula 1 racing, and spending time with her family. She is a proud wife and mother of two young daughters as well as two beloved fur babies, all of whom bring joy and excitement to her life.
