Caron-Lee Benton – My Story
Caron-Lee Benton is a highly motivated Fractional Human Resources Manager at Griffin Resources. She shares her knowledge and expertise in various areas of human resources including organizational development and change management, compliance and support, and safety. Her passion for the profession shines in her work ethic and engagement with others.
Caron was born in Honolulu, Hawai’i and relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. After multiple relocations, she has made South Carolina her forever home. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawai’i. Her passion for the field of human resources continued to grow from the islands to the mainland. Moving around enabled Caron to build a sense of flexible stability with the unknown world of tomorrow.
As a human resources professional, Caron has worked in the field in various industries including Talent Acquisition, Hospitality & Tourism, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, and most recently in the public sector with organizations ranging in size from 10 – 2200 and in various labor environments.
When not working, Caron enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Being new to the Carolinas she and her family are slowly exploring all the wonders of the Metro Charlotte Region and visiting local family hotspots and eateries.
