1. Coaching
Virtual One-on-One Coaching Sessions geared towards employee growth. Each session is tailored to the person’s skill level and needs in areas such as:
- Learning how to manage time, stress and multiple priorities.
- Developing critical skills needed to manage a team.
- Developing a consultative approach to giving feedback.
- Learning to delegate effectively, motivate employees and avoid overload.
- How to identify and develop employee talents and interests
- Running effective Team and One-on-One meetings to maximize productivity and streamline workflow.
- Handling difficult conversations and Conflict Resolution
- Managing staff with different personality types and how best to maximize employees’ strengths.
2. DISC Personality Assessment
Conduct Personality Assessments for employees and discuss findings with them and their managers to help develop best practice communication and management skills adapted for each direct report. DISC is best utilized and validated as a communication tool as it helps people better understand themselves and each other from an emotional intelligence perspective.
3. Employee Engagement Survey
This tool is encouraged to help gauge how engaged, motivated and satisfied employees are. Companies that use a third-party to conduct engagement surveys tend to receive more honest feedback as it enhances employee anonymity, allowing them to share their truths more openly.
We gather anonymous feedback in the form of a tailored online Survey which includes measurable data as well as open-ended questions. We then analyze the results and provide your Leadership Team with aggregate feedback accompanied by suggestions on how to improve processes, trainings, employee relations, incentives, management styles, etc.
4. Group trainings for Managers
Coaching sessions conducted in a group setting. Usually conducted with managers from the same department but can be led across several departments depending on the number of managers. Custom roleplay practice and tailored feedback can be added as needed.
5. Group trainings for Customer Service and Administrative staff
We offer basic training on customer service skills, phone/email etiquette, escalations, overcoming objections and other relevant trends related to staff’s daily interactions with their customers and clients. Real-life practice sessions are created on the spot to allow employees to practice specific skills.
