Griffin Resources was founded in 2019 by Dr. Michelle Griffin and James Griffin, driven by their deep passion and years of experience as executives in human resources and business development.
The journey for Griffin Resources began with Michelle, after nearly a decade in HR, saw the critical need for affordable operational solutions for small businesses. James added his specialty of IT hardware distribution in mid-2020 to add additional value and resources for MSPs. The two lines of business were continuously offered under Griffin Resources through 2022. In 2023, Griffin IT was created as a separate entity from Griffin Resources to focus business resources on the MSP marketplace.
Griffin Resources established a culture of support and comradery for all team members to work together bringing years of expertise to our clients. Each team member embodies our core values with a passion for HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Growth to support all our clients across the United States.
