About Sierra

Sierra Nicolai – My Story

Sierra is a hardworking dedicated employee that demonstrates a comprehensive leadership role with an emphasis on exemplifying company culture, value, and policies. She enjoys being a support and having the ability to wear many hats with the ease of adapting to changing environments. She has a passion for sharing her creativity and collaborating with team members to accomplish company goals to the highest standard possible.

Sierra is from New Jersey and enjoys the change of seasons. Although, she would not mind if winter were a bit shorter. She received her bachelor’s degree in Management Science from Kean University and was a member of Theta Phi Alpha. Her ability to work with various personalities has been essential for enhancing her HR career.

Prior to Griffin Resources, Sierra worked in the corporate retail industry as a Human Resources Manager as well as the staffing industry as a Staffing Manager. Through various experiences she has been able to gain valuable perspective and acquire skills with each opportunity presented.

When not working, Sierra loves spending time with her family, taking pictures, and fueling her passion for traveling. She believes you can never spend too much time outside and enjoying a sunset is a great way to end the day.
