She has extensive hands on experience leading payroll administration, policy design, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, training, HR and Benefits Administration.
Andrea Evans – My Story
Innovative and creative HR professional with expertise in a variety of HR functional areas talent management, recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, and payroll administration. Andrea possesses a broad generalist background combined with expertise in a vast majority of areas of Human Resources.
Previous roles in Andrea’s career included administration support to high-level executives as well as business development for a medical facility. In her current role Andrea provides HR support to clients within a variety of industries including food and beverage, healthcare, and recruiting.
Andrea earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She earned her Executive Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University. Andrea is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management and in her first year as a professional in the HR Tampa Chapter.
