Carolyne Witham – My Story
Carolyne grew up in Canada where she obtained a BFA in theater with a focus on literature and performance from Concordia University. She started her career in the entertainment industry and was quickly recruited to work as a Communications Coach for companies needing to elevate their customer service skills. She received extensive corporate coaching training with experts at the Practica Learning Company, and from that moment, found a new passion for helping companies improve their communication, management and leadership skills.
She continues being contracted by companies to conduct 1:1 coaching with their employees for personalized training, facilitate employee engagement surveys, and to perform personality assessments with a focus on engaging in high EQ awareness and creating a stronger, more united workforce. Carolyne is fluent in French and works professionally in both languages.
When not consulting, Carolyne enjoys hiking with her family, going to the beach, and playing music with bands and orchestras in the Los Angeles area.
