With 13+ years in talent acquisition, she has deep experience across industries and excels in driving full-cycle recruitment operations, developing talent strategies, and enhancing client delivery.
As a hands-on leader, Ceage oversees complex hiring initiatives, manages workforce planning, and partners with executive leadership to build strong, sustainable talent pipelines. Her passion lies in nurturing long-term relationships and helping organizations grow through the power of people.
Before Griffin Resources, Ceage served as a Senior Talent Advisor Lead specializing in high-volume, multi-brand recruitment within the real estate and pest control industries. She brings a balance of strategic vision and tactical expertise to every engagement.
Outside of the office, Ceage loves spending time with her family and friends. You’ll often find her crafting, hiking, camping, or relaxing near a body of water. She also enjoys giving back to her local community and supporting small-town events and charities.

Ceage enjoys traveling and hiking in new places. This was taken on a trip to Monhegan, Maine. Monhegan is a small, rocky island ten miles from the nearest mainland and scarcely a square mile in area and is only accessible by boat.
