Desiré LaBiche – My Story
Desiré LaBiche’s professional journey is rooted in service, leadership, and a deep commitment to people. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, she began her career in human services and nonprofit work, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy, operations, and organizational support. Her early experiences in Human Services and community leadership shaped her belief that strong organizations are built through intentional people practices, clear systems, and compassionate leadership.
Over the years, Desiré’s career evolved into human resources and people operations, where she has supported startups, nonprofits, consulting firms, companies in retail, and other small to midsize businesses. She has built HR functions from the ground up, guided organizations through periods of growth and change, and partnered closely with executive leadership to align people strategy with business outcomes. These experiences ultimately led her to her role at Griffin Resources, where she brings a consultative, solutions-oriented approach grounded in trust, compliance, and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Desiré is deeply engaged in community service, entrepreneurship, and creative pursuits. She enjoys event planning, mentoring, content creation, and spending quality time exploring her city with her husband. She serves her community through S.O.U.L. Outreach, a nonprofit focused on restoring hope and providing tangible support to those in need, and is the founder of The INC Consulting, an HR/Marketing consulting firm dedicated to building strong, compliant, and people-centered organizations. Desiré is also a co-founder of Big Talk Media, where she supports storytelling, brand development, and creative strategy with her husband. Guided by faith and purpose, she is passionate about creating meaningful impact, both professionally and personally; by helping organizations and individuals grow, thrive, and build lasting legacies.

She currently serves as an HR consultant, specializing in building and scaling HR functions, workforce development, compliance, and strategic people operations for startups, nonprofits, consulting firms, and highly regulated environments. Her experience spans multi-state and global operations across industries including professional services, healthcare, government, technology, nonprofit, and construction. Known for a consultative, faith-grounded, and people-first approach, Desiré partners closely with leadership to deliver practical, compliant, and human-centered solutions that strengthen culture, improve performance, and drive sustainable organizational success.

Outside of HR, Desiré has a strong passion for marketing and storytelling. She hosts a show centered on her life journey titled Desiré Defined, where she shares real experiences, growth, and purpose-driven narratives. She also provides public relations and marketing support for small businesses, helping brands strengthen their visibility.
Through S.O.U.L. Outreach, Desiré and her husband serve the homeless community each month by providing meals, essential care kits, and hands-on support through their outreach team. Desiré truly enjoys being a servant to her community and others!
