Jen is a Human Resource Specialist in the areas of employee engagement, risk management, performance management, policy compliance, formation, and implementation, and recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding. Her expertise with people due to an extensive background in Social Work and Psychology allows her to understand how the business needs will impact the employees providing effective strategies to move everyone cohesively forward. She has worked in various industries including healthcare, sales, education, transportation, health insurance, and technology and software. Once she knew that Human Resources was her future career path, she sought and earned an MBA in Human Resource Management and utilizes that knowledge from that daily to quickly provide solutions for our ever changing work environments.
Jennifer Glowacki – My Story
Jen is an upbeat, engaging, and passionate leader. She is not afraid to take on hard challenges, face difficult conversations, and find common ground among business owners, employees, and clients.
Her skill with communication and messaging allows her to re-focus teams on what their mission is, the common values they share, and the overall goal that brings them to the workplace daily. It allows her to effetely solve complex people issues and keep the business on track to reach its productivity and revenue goals.
She grew up in Ohio where she learned the value of building deep relationships and enjoying the simple things of life- community, family, and being able to walk the city end to end in a few hours. In 2014, she moved to Denver, Colorado to expand a wholesale company she was the HR Director for. While there, she took advantage of the endless trails for hiking, biking, and exploring. Her love for nature made Colorado a great fit.
In 2019, she relocated to St. Petersburg, FL with her youngest brother. She has fallen in love with not having winters, playing hours of pickleball and tennis, and exploring the many natural springs and rivers we have tucked away in the heart of the state. She believes in work hard play hard mentality. You can always find her out enjoying nature when she is not at work.
