Born in Honduras and raised in beautiful Sunny South Florida, Jose Paz Castro has a rich and varied background. After living in Arizona, Texas, and Georgia, Jose returned to Florida and now calls Orlando, FL home. A proud University of Florida alumnus, Jose holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance.

With over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, Jose has worked with diverse organizations, from large corporations to small businesses. His extensive background includes collaborations with technology firms, startups, and manufacturing companies. Driven by a dedication to talent development and a belief in the crucial role of people, Jose has consistently guided businesses toward their goals by leveraging their most valuable asset: their PEOPLE. Specializing in helping organizations scale and plan for long-term growth, Jose has a unique focus on sustainable development. Fluent in Spanish and experienced in international collaboration with teams in Latin America, Jose is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with family and friends. As a Florida resident, he loves exploring the state’s beautiful beaches, natural springs, and renowned theme parks. An avid traveler, foodie, and gardener, Jose is also committed to giving back to his community through various volunteer initiatives aimed at supporting underserved teenagers.
