Lisette Rodriguez – My Story
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Lissette is a Bilingual Payroll expert with over 7 years of experience in the field. In 2015 Lissette relocated to the Sunshine state and has since been calling the Tampa Bay area home.
Prior to Griffin resources Lissette achieved over 15 of Experience in Client Support with over 7 of those years being dedicated to Payroll and HR. With her previous roles she developed Project Management, Communication, Time Management, Employee/ Client Training and Interpersonal skills that have helped her succeed in her different roles and projects she has taken on. Building relationships with clients and assisting with problem resolution is always at the forefront for Lissette.
Outside of work, Lissette enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Lissette enjoys exploring new places, she often travels to new destinations to learn the history and to connect with different people and learn from their culture.
Lissette’s diverse experience across various roles in payroll, HR systems, and customer service provides her with a comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and client needs. Her expertise spans system implementation, configuration, client support, and process improvement, allowing her to approach payroll challenges holistically and provide innovative solutions.
Lissette’s combination of technical knowledge in payroll systems, implementation experience, and strong customer service skills makes her an invaluable asset to Griffin Resources. She is well-equipped to handle complex payroll processes, system implementations, and client support, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations for Griffin Resources’ clients.
