Lydia is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Griffin Resources, where she brings a calm, organized, and people-first approach to every search. With years of experience recruiting both clinical and non-clinical talent, she has a natural ability to connect with candidates and help clients find the right fit quickly and confidently. Lydia loves creating smooth, positive experiences for everyone involved and takes pride in supporting businesses as they grow.
Before joining Griffin Resources, Lydia spent several years recruiting in the healthcare space and later worked internally for Griffin Cloud, where she strengthened her sourcing, screening, and talent-pipeline development skills – especially in international markets.
Born and raised in Tampa, Lydia earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tampa. Outside of work, she’s happiest exploring new places, spending time with friends, and being around animals. Her warm energy and social spirit make her a joy to work with and an invaluable part of the Griffin Resources team.
