Prior to Griffin Resources, Madison gained valuable experience as a healthcare recruiter and coordinator, handling job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Working in recruitment sparked a passion for people and matching people to their dream jobs. Madison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Tampa.
Outside of work, Madison loves reading, spending time with friends, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
