Peyton Braeckel

Talent Acquisition and Marketing professional with a strong background in healthcare recruitment and client relations. Experienced in hiring from clinical to executive roles, optimizing recruitment processes, and building impactful teams. 

Peyton Braeckel – My Story

Peyton was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Shortly after graduating from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL she moved to Nashville to begin her career in Marketing. That was seven years ago and she has been here ever since.

Peyton did not originally start out to work in recruiting, but she just so happened to land into it right out of college. Where she worked in an all encompassing HR role where recruiting was a large focus. Since then has worked primarily in the healthcare field for about 7 years recruiting anything from nurses to leadership roles in senior living facilities. While she got her start in a facility’s solutions company recruiting for account managers and other roles. 

Peyton excels in developing meaningful partnerships with clients and creating and strengthening current recruitment processes. Her favorite part of working in recruiting is being able to meet new people from exciting backgrounds.

Outside of work you can find Peyton being very active whether she is on a walk with friends, playing pickleball or taking a Pilates class. She travels quite frequently, trying to get to visit as many new places as she can, and most recently just took up taking Italian. Peyton is also an avid reader with her favorite genre being fantasy.
