Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Shannon never wanted to leave her home town. Always knowing she wanted to go into sales, she graduated from the University of South Florida with her degree in Mass Communications. Prior to her sales leadership role with Griffin Resources, Shannon has 20 years of sales experience in various healthcare industries. Her passion for sales led her to step out of the sales rep role and into a leadership role. She has a passion for growing, mentoring and inspiring sales teams to exceed both professional and personal goals.
When not working, Shannon loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends. Her favorite place to be is the beach and while there, she never misses a sunset.
