Shelly Starks – My Story
Shelly was born and raised in Texas on Lake Buchanan near Austin. She has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 27 years and now calls Florida home. She and Jay blended their families 10 years ago and have 2 beautiful children, Abagail and Brittney. They both live in Tennessee and have started their own families! Shelly & Jay love to spend time on their boat in the Gulf of Mexico, fishing or just relaxing on small islands with friends.
