Siomara Molina – My Story
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where I developed a strong sense of family, culture, and community. I’ve built a career in Human Resources with over six years of experience managing full-cycle HR operations across a variety of industries. My passion lies in supporting employees, improving workplace processes, and creating environments where people can thrive. I also hold certifications in Data Analysis and am a licensed Florida Notary and Real Estate Agent. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—especially enjoying beach days, Disney trips, and participating in Disney races. I’m also passionate about crafting and stay actively involved with my local school’s PTO, where I help organize events and support students and teachers throughout the year.
