Tracy Dodd – My Story
My career began with the American Management Association, where I partnered with Fortune 500 companies to identify executive training needs. I then transitioned into healthcare, serving as an Area Sales Manager for a national home respiratory company, where I successfully increased regional sales by 20% across 14 locations.
Building on that success, I was recruited by the largest respiratory services company in the country to lead a single underperforming center. Within a year, I turned the location around, elevating it into the top 10% of more than 800 centers nationwide. I was subsequently promoted to oversee operations and sales for seven locations across eastern New York.
After a series of continued promotions, I became the company’s first Head of Training, where I was responsible for designing and implementing transformative learning and performance pathways for front-line managers and employees. Our efforts resulted in significant reductions in turnover and improved profitability across more than 1,000 operational and billing sites nationwide.
Most recently, I was selected to launch and lead a value-based primary care clinic, building the clinical, sales, and customer service teams from the ground up. In our first full year, we exceeded growth targets, met or surpassed all clinical KPIs, and sustained high employee engagement.
With broad and deep experience across healthcare operations, clinical services, and sales, I’ve consistently driven measurable improvements at local, regional, and national levels. I’m passionate about helping organizations set ambitious goals and deliver results through strategic team-building and problem-solving.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Tim and our dogs, Mortimer and Nebula. I’m also an avid football fan, and I enjoy paddleboarding and CrossFit.

My experience spans coaching leaders, guiding strategic growth, and creating strong, collaborative cultures.
